Na osnovu Zapisnika o vrednovanju ponuda br 11-11128 po Javnom pozivu za izbor Agenta registracije domena ispod nacionalnog Internet domena Crne Gore, broj. 11-9096, Komisija za vrednovanje ponuda u sastavu: Prof. dr Milorad Jovovic, profesor Ekonomskog fakulteta u Podgorici, Prof. dr Bozo Krstajic, profesor Elektrotehnickog fakulteta u Podgorici i Tamara Milic, donijela je ODLUKU O VREDNOVANJU PONUDA.

Prvorangirana ponuda je ponuda ponudjaca GoDaddy.com Inc, koja je osvojila 92.93 bodova.

Drugorangirana ponuda je ponuda ponudjaca eNom, Inc koja je osvojila 75.02 bodova.

Ponuda ponudjaca Verisign Sarl se odbacuje jer je dostavljena u tri varijacije.

Saopštenje: Održana sjednica Savjeta za .me domen

Savjet za .me domen je na danas održanoj sjednici usvojio Odluku o vrednovanju ponuda po Javnom pozivu za izbor Agenta registracije domena ispod nacionalnog Internet domena Crne Gore, koju je dostavila Komisija za vrednovanje i ocjenjivanje.

Javni poziv za izbor Agenta registracije domena ispod nacionalnog Internet domena Crne Gore objavljen je 14.11.2007. godine. Svjetski renomirane kompanije kao što su Verisign, GoDaddy, Afilias, eNom, Demand Media i sl. koje su i ranije pokazale interesovanje, odazvale su se na poziv. Ponude su dostavljane do 14.12.2007. godine do 12.00 sati, a komisija je istog dana u 15.00 sati, javno, u prisustvu ovlašćenih predstavnika svih ponuđača, otvorila pristigle ponude.

Članovi komisije su u roku od 20 dana izvršili detaljnu analizu i vrednovanje ponuda, uz jednoglasnu ocjenu da ponuda kompanije Verisign Sarl ne ispunjava bitne uslove definisane Javnim pozivom. Ponude ostalih ponuđača zadovoljile su kriterijume definisane Javnim pozivom, pa su u skladu s tim i vrednovane, pri čemu je ponuda ponuđača GoDaddy.com Inc ocijenjena kao prvorangirana i osvojila 92.93 poena, dok je drugorangirana ponuda ponuđača eNom Inc koja je osvojila 75.02 poena.

O Odluci Komisije, obaviješteni su svi ponuđači 31.12.2007. godine kada im je uručena Odluka. Ni jedan od učesnika Javnog poziva nije imao primjedbe na Odluku koju je Komisija donijela, o čemu su obavijestili i Komisiju.

Savjet za .me domen, je nakon upoznavanja sa procedurom i rezultatima otvaranja i ocjenjivanja ponuda, usvojio Odluku Komisije, kojom se konstatuje da je na Javnom pozivu kao prvorangirana izabrana ponuda kompanije GoDaddy.com Inc (konzorcijum Afilias/GoDaddy/MeNet).

Savjet je na sjednici definisao i sljedeće korake, u cilju stvaranja uslova za početak registracije adresa sa .me nastavkom. U narednom periodu, Savjet za .me domen i ccTLD menadžer će započeti pregovore sa izabranim Agentom, potpisati Ugovor i nakon toga početi proces registracije domena .me. Prve adrese sa ovim nastavkom se mogu očekivati već krajem februara.

Afilias Selected To Provide Registry Services For New .ME Domain. .ME to revolutionize social networking and personal domain name industry

DUBLIN, IRELAND – 18 January 2008 – Afilias, a global provider of registry services, today announced that it has been selected to provide registry services supporting the .ME domain, the new country code top-level domain for the republic of Montenegro.

In 2007, Afilias joined with strategic partners GoDaddy.com and ME-Net (a Montenegrin organization) to submit a proposal through a competitive bidding process to the government of Montenegro for the contract.

In support of its proposal, Afilias, GoDaddy.com and ME-Net have created a new organization called doMEn (the word for domain in Montenegrin) which will act as the administrative body with strategic oversight for the domain. Afilias will also make .ME available to its customer base of leading registrars.

The launch is expected later this year, pending the outcome of contract negotiations with the Government of Montenegro. doMEn will coordinate closely with the Government appointed .ME Technical Administrator (Centar Informacionih Sistema Univerziteta Crne Gore, or CIS) in all aspects of domain management for .ME.
